In the nearly one year that I've been employed, I can say without any equivocation that, Verdun Home Health Care is a great and well managed Agency. I particularly, enjoy and appreciate the camaraderie, safe, and professional atmosphere the Agency provides for all her employees (RN,LPN). I always look forward to attending the regular in-service sessions organized by the nursing department to not only provide information, but also to keep field nurses abreast with current best methods and practices. These in-service sessions help to optimize care services provided to client by the agency's field nurses.

I HAVE HAD 3 AGENCIES IN NY STATE AND BY FAR THIS AGENCY HAS BEEN THE BEST OF THE THREE.. They are not perfect, they have their faults. mainly due to the nurses either running late, or on phones... But I am realistic this in not the agency fault its the nurse. But with cooperation and being upfront we worked things out .. and the agency addresses the issues with nurses.. ... With Verdun I am covered 95% of the time and able to have a life outside my sick child. Overall I love my current nurses and they take care of my child as they were their own..
